Obsidian Coast's newly established Curators' Peer Group convenes for the first time. All members are welcomed to introduce themselves and their work to the group, and to propose sessions they would like to host in the coming months.

The group gathers for online meetings every second Tuesday of the month. The meetings are hosted by different group members on a rotational basis depending on members’ needs, with each session focusing on a subject, question or project in development determined by the host. The purpose of the group is to serve as a light touch and collectively run forum which each group member has an equal opportunity to use whenever they would most like support, advice or feedback from their peers.

Curators’ Peer Group follows gentle online meeting practice, and the meetings are hosted on Google Meet with automated live transcription available.

The group is coordinated by Obsidian Coast’s Co-Director Nella Aarne. For further information about the group, please email nella[at]obsidiancoast.art.
CURATORS' PEER GROUP
Curators' Peer Group is an informal, voluntary peer network. Its aim is to provide a context for supportive and generative conversations about practice and research amongst an international group of curators working independently and with organisations.
